NOTICE OF 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Caboolture Sports Football Club (CSFC) will be held on Monday 11th September 2017 at the CSFC Clubhouse, Grant Road Morayfield. Registrations will open at 6.30pm and the meeting will commence at 7.00pm.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Nominations for the following elected positions on the Management Committee are now open:

Management Committee

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

Important Notes:

1. All persons involved with the election process (nominator, seconder, nominee and ballot voter) must be CSFC registered financial club members and must also hold a current Football Club Sporting Membership.

2. Nominations can only be made by using the specific Nomination Form which can be obtained in the clubhouse next to kitchen door or by emailing the secretary at: secretary@caboolturesportsfc.com.au

3. Nomination forms once complete must be lodged by either placing inside the nominations box in the clubhouse next to kitchen door or by scanning and emailing to the secretary at: secretary@caboolturesportsfc.com.au

4. Nominations close at 6.00pm on Sunday 27th August 2017. Late nominations will not be accepted.
